Hobbies
I love to spend time with my family. I like taking my daughter to the park. I like reading when I find the time. I actually love doing math...I can often be found trying out a new online math game in the evening to see if it will work well in the classroom. I also love working with parents to help them better understand the math their child is learning. Through the parent tutorials I created at the middle school level I have been able to explain comlicated Common Core math strategies in a way that allows parents to feel more confident when working with their own child.
