I believe that education is vital to everyone. Over my 11 years of tutoring, I have gained so much insight into this, and being an educator myself, have strong feelings that without education, people would miss out on so many different opportunities throughout their lives. I always give one hundred percent to my students and also myself when teaching. My philosophy consists of figuring out what a student's learning style is and what motivates them. Like technology, education is always evolving and changing. Sometimes it can be difficult to deal with, but as long as the student and teacher show a positive attitude, it is well worth working hard and achieving success. Teamwork is very important to me, and working together, every person brings their own skills and ideas to the table, which in turn will allow students to learn from each other. I myself utilize this method in my own classroom. This to me will help for the success of education and the class as a whole, and students will leave with the knowledge that when they graduate and go out into the world, they can continue to make a difference and also keep learning from others for the rest of their lives.
